Skilled Care Services Atlantic AllCare can provide on a private hourly or per visit basis RN’s, LPN’s or physical therapy. First, we evaluate if any skilled visits will be covered by Medicare. If so, we assist the client in obtaining a Medicare referral and work with the Medicare agency until their discharge. We pick up where they leave off if needed and avoid costly duplication of services to our clients. Of note, Medicare does not pay any costs toward private duty RN’s or LPN’s.
