ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR (1995–1997)

In the absence of the Administrator, maintained responsibility for the total operation of the Agency. Assisted in directing and coordinating overall development and administration of home health services consistent with Agency objectives. Set up all accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures. Supervisor of payroll. Assist in formation of policy and procedure manual. Work closely with DON and other members of the management team in coordinating quality delivery of care and service to both patients and clients within the healthcare community.


Physical Therapy Aide (1993–1994)
Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital, Delray Beach, FL

Worked closely with physical therapists in settings including TBI, hydrotherapy, burn and wound care, pain management, stroke recovery and joint replacement. Participated in the organization of daily training classes for patients and staff. Taught one on one and group gait training classes. Attended many in-service training classes to improve knowledge of bed and wheelchair transfers as well as preparing patients for their return to a home setting.


MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN (1992-1993)

Responsible for insuring a safe environment for both patients and other staff. Offered support and guidance to patients in times of need. Completed charting on patients after each shift outlining daily events and progress. Member of rapid response team during emergencies. Coordinated daily activities.


ACCOUNTING CLERK (1985-1992)
Atlantic Rehabilitation Associates, Inc., Deerfield Beach, FL

Responsible for all book keeping and accounts receivable. Assisted in purchase, delivery, setup and maintenance of durable medical equipment and nursing supplies in patients ' homes. Functioned as floater within the office to assist other members of staff in varying capacities.
