We can only do so much checking by phone, especially when as in my father’s case, he was falling and spending nights on the floor until discovered in the morning.

We feel very assured knowing that you are managing my father’s case, and making sure he makes all of his doctor’s appointments, and other social engagements. Given my father’s memory, it is also comforting to know he will get all of his medications on time, and in the proper dosages."
