I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you, and all your home health aides for how you have helped my father.

As my father’s memory has become increasingly poor, it has been a blessing to know there is someone in the house who cares about him and will make sure that he is looked after in our absence. It is very difficult when all the children of an elderly parent live thousands of miles away. We can only do so much checking by phone, especially when as in my father’s case, he was falling and spending nights on the floor until discovered in the morning.

We feel very assured knowing that you are managing my father’s case, and making sure he makes all of his doctor’s appointments, and other social engagements. Given my father’s memory, it is also comforting to know he will get all of his medications on time, and in the proper dosages.

I know how difficult working with my father can be, and am very pleased by the efforts Atlantic AllCare, inc. has gone through to find the right home health aide to stay with my father. They treat him, and his privacy with respect. It is also nice to know they are there to monitor the comings and goings of people into his house, so that we know my father is less likely to be taken advantage of by people who pray on the elderly. Your efforts to stop unscrupulous people and organizations from taking advantage of my father have been especially helpful, saving my father thousands of dollars.

I can not recommend highly enough your case management and home health aide services. Because of your services, we look forward to my father living in his own home long after he would normally have had to have been placed in a retirement home.

My brothers and I also appreciate the updates you give us on a regular basis, so that we know what is happening, even if my father can not remember to tell us when we talk to him on the phone.
