Case Management Services This service can be provided in addition to or independent of our other services. Case management is not covered by insurance and is strictly private pay. An RN case manager is assigned to you or your loved one to professionally evaluate your home environmental needs, medical history and care needs, psychological and social needs, insurance or Medicare benefit needs and status and communicate and coordinate those needs effectively to the appropriate sources. If requested, the case manager can schedule and attend physician appointments with you to further enhance and facilitate obtaining excellence in medical treatment.
